PLANNING AHEAD
When planning and choosing cheese for your wedding or special event we recommend starting with a budget in mind and the number of guests.
As a rough guide we recommend a starting point of 100g of cheese per person ... ideal if you are offering a small nibble for guests as part of a buffet or following a meal. This could be increased if the cheese is served as part of the main meal.
In terms of cost, we suggest allowing approximately £2.60 per head, based on 100g of cheese per person. Crackers, chutney and other accompaniments can be purchased alongside the cheese.
Our cheese celebration cakes do not include decoration, but do include the loan of a large rustic wood base for your celebration cheese cake. Collection is from our Wetherby shop, or we can deliver FOC to your venue on the day if reasonably local.
We cannot send out cheese cakes by post as we are in the hands of a courier and would not have time to rectify damaged or missing orders before the day of your big event.
We require a minimum of four weeks notice for these cakes, if you have less than four weeks notice, please do get in touch and we will do our best to arrange something within your time frame.
