Crafted at the Fen Farm Dairy in Suffolk, this classic cheese in the making uses the raw milk of the farms very own grass-fed Montbeliarde cows. The milk of Montbeliarde cows is prized among cheesemakers, also used in the production of Comte and Vacherin Mont d’Or.
