This tasty, organic, Botton Gouda is washed and turned throughout the maturing process to create a beautifully mild, fresh, and creamy cheese, with its own natural rind. Sold from as little as six weeks old, and made in 4-6 kg rounds.
The herd of Dairy Shorthorn cows graze in buttercup pastures that are filled with various types of grass - this, combined with the fact that we leave the milk unpasturised, is what characterises our cheeses and gives them all such wonderfully unique taste.
