This Semi-hard Ewe's milk cheese is aged to around 4 weeks, has a close, firm texture and is washed in Somerset Cider Brandy.

Named after a local landmark which rises above the Somerset Levels, as the does the sweet, nutty flavours of this cheese which continue to delicately rise on the palate.

Made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
