Camembert's characteristic pale yellow, runny centre, results in a full flavoured, rich buttery flavour with aromas of mushroom. Great on crusty bread it is also fantastic baked as a fondue and used as an addition to pasta dishes. Not to be confused with industrial, supermarket Camemberts!
