This Comte is very special among all other Comte's, and regarded as one of France's finest cheeses. It is made in small batches using the traditional methods of Marcel Petit in the caves of Fort St. Antoine. It is aged a minimum 14 months for an incredible flavor with a long finish.

Made with unpasteurised milk.
