Drewi Sant (meaning Smelly Saint) is a distinctive cheese made by Pant Mawr Cheeses in Rosebush, Pembrokeshire. It is washed with mead to give it a fruity tang and rich flavour. It has a medium-firm texture and is a beautiful addition to any cheeseboard or picnic hamper.
