Soft and creamy, Lincoln Blue is produced using milk from a herd of pedigree Holsteins. It is cave matured for 2 weeks before being wrapped in foil and transferred to a cooler store to mature more slowly for a further 2 -3 weeks. A whole 300g cheese.
