Moorland Tomme is a mature Alpine style hard cheese made in the North Yorkshire Moors using organic raw milk. The cheese is matured for a minimum of nine months and develops an earthy rind which produced tasting notes of citrus with a firm texture.  Similar to a French Tomme de Savoir.

 

Unpasteurised, vegetarian, organic cow's milk.
