Made in the valley of León from cow´s and goat´s pasteurised milk. The irregular, rough and dark grey rind is covered with wild chestnut leaves. The inside is close with a soft texture and grooved corridors where white and green-blue mould grows. Strong flavour, aromatic, full fat and buttery taste.
