Ford Farm is one of the few farms left in the West Country where authentic handmade cheddar is still produced and Dorset is one of only four counties where West Country Farmhouse Cheddar can officially be made and gain eligibility to carry the PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) logo.
 
Wookey Hole Cave Aged Cheddar has won lots of awards since it was first launched over ten years ago – most recently a Gold Medal at the British Cheese Awards.
